Delivery within Australia is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no delivery fee.

Every complete set is held in stock in North Wollongong, NSW, so we never have to order anything in after you buy. Orders placed before 2pm Sydney time on a business day usually leave the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or public holiday, leave on the next business day.

Most addresses receive their order within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch. Remote and rural areas can take a little longer, depending on Australia Post.

When your order is posted, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it with Australia Post.

We deliver to street addresses and PO Boxes. Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away and we will correct it before your order is posted.

If your order has not arrived within 4 business days of dispatch, call or email us and we will chase it with Australia Post. If it is lost in transit, we send you a new complete set at no cost. If it arrives damaged, we replace it with a brand-new complete set and pay the freight both ways.

We can send orders to New Zealand. New Zealand Customs charges GST and an import fee when the parcel arrives, and these are billed to the buyer. Please email hello@clarionhearingaids.com before ordering so we can explain the fees first.

Your 90-day money-back trial and your 3-year warranty are both counted from the day your complete set is delivered, so time in transit never shortens them. See our Refund policy for details.
